STUDENT BIOS

The multimedia materials presented through this website (PowerPoint and Video) as well as the website itself were created by a team of students from Central Washington University.

Tim Coleman is a junior majoring in Film and Video Studies production with a minor in Business Administration. He graduated in 2006 from Mount Si High School and attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2008 pursuing a Broadcasting degree. In 2008 he transferred to Central Washington University and is currently on track to graduating in the spring of 2010. Tim resides near Issaquah, Washington where he works at Costco and has a wedding videography business on the side.

McKenna Dezihan graduated in 2004 from Lakeside High School in Nine Mile Falls, Washington. She is a former senior from the CWU Graphic Design program who returned to school to attain a minor in Advertising. After graduating in Winter 2009 she aspires to work in the field of video game design and advertising. She is currently employed at the CWU Publicity Center, where she continues to improve upon her design skills.

Luke Johnson is a film student who aspires to attain a job in Film/Video Production after receiving his degree. Luke is an honor roll student who is on track to graduate Spring Quarter 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Film and Video Studies, specializing in Production. Luke enjoys writing, directing, shooting, editing, and creating original musical compositions for individual and collaborative film and video projects.

Tyler Randolph graduated in 2003 from Mead High School in Spokane, Washington. His hopes are to become an environmental designer or a product designer with his degree from Central Washington University in Graphic Design. He is always working on one project or another whether it be for his costume works, cars, or work for school. In his spare time, Tyler likes to draw, race his remote controlled cars and go biking in the Cascades.

Michael Whelan graduated from Skyline High School in 2006. While there he played football and wrestled, going to State for both sports. Currently he is a junior at Central Washington University studying in the Film and Video major. He played for the men’s Rugby team last year, but now spends his time studying and working on his school projects. Next year Michael hopes to graduate and start working in the film industry.

Nicholas Workman attended R.A. Long High School in Longview, Washington, graduating in 1998. In addition to being named a National Merit Commended Student, he received an ROTC scholarship from the US Army and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations from Marian College of Fond du Lac, WI. After graduating from Marian College in 2002, Nicholas spent the next four years on active duty in the US Army as an Infantry Officer, serving 14 months in combat in Kirkuk, Iraq, where he received a Bronze Star Award for his actions while on deployment from 2004 to 2005. He is currently enrolled at Central Washington University pursuing a degree in Film and Video Studies, specializing in production.

Liz Webb is a post-bac student majoring in Media Communication with a specialization in graphic design. Her prior education includes a B.S. in Psychobiology and a M.S. in Experimental Psychology with a focus on animal behavior. Liz worked on the web design team and served as production manager for one of the main film shoots. Eventually Liz hopes to work in the design field with an animal related agency.
